EasyCanvas operates on a subscription-based model with automatic renewal. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the billing terms and conditions outlined in this policy. All subscriptions provide access to our Canvas automation platform for the duration of the billing period.
2. Refund Policy
EasyCanvas offers a 24-hour refund policy for all new subscriptions under specific conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
- Refund requests made within 24 hours of the initial subscription charge
- First-time subscribers who have not previously received a refund from EasyCanvas
- Video evidence demonstrating that the service is not working as intended
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Refund requests made after 24 hours from the initial charge
- Subscription renewals (only initial charges are eligible)
- Partial month refunds
- Slowness in solution generation
- Dissatisfaction with academic outcomes or institutional consequences
- Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Users who have previously received refunds from EasyCanvas
3. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your EasyCanvas subscription at any time:
How to Cancel:
- Log into your EasyCanvas dashboard
- Navigate to "Account Settings" → "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the cancellation prompts
- You'll receive email confirmation of your cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You'll retain full access to all features until the subscription expires
- No future charges will be made
- Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted after subscription expires
4. Refund Process
To request a refund that meets our eligibility criteria:
- Contact our support team at npcify@gmail.com within 24 hours of your initial charge
- Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
- Provide video evidence demonstrating the service malfunction or non-functionality
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
5. Billing and Payment Terms
- All subscriptions are billed in advance
- Payments are processed automatically on your renewal date
- Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension
- You're responsible for keeping your payment information current
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
6. Force Majeure
EasyCanvas is not liable for service interruptions or inability to provide refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures by third-party providers, or other force majeure events.
7. Policy Changes
EasyCanvas reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
